Personal branding rebrand

2024

I embarked on a self-rebranding project with the goal of aligning my visual identity with my current values as a designer and personality traits. The previous branding no longer resonated with who I am today; it felt disconnected and did not reflect my evolution over time.

Here are some key reasons for the redesign:

  1. Personal Growth: As I have grown in both my professional and personal life, it became clear that my old branding was outdated and no longer captured my essence.

  2. Authenticity: I wanted my branding to authentically represent me, showcasing my unique characteristics and design sensibilities.

  3. Audience Connection: My old branding didn't effectively communicate who I am to my audience. I wanted a design that could resonate better with clients and peers.

  4. Visual Appeal: The existing design lacked the vibrancy and energy that I wanted to convey, leading me to seek a fresh and dynamic approach.

The new design was inspired by my desire to integrate more of my personality into my branding. The bold logo and title font captures attention while conveying strength and confidence, embodying the spirited approach I take in my work. The colours evoke warmth and friendliness; echoing my main personality traits, also helping overall to make my brand feel more inviting and approachable. Additionally, the inviting secondary typeface helps to convey my engaging, yet professional spirit through its soft, geometric shape - ensuring that anyone who interacts with my brand feels a sense of positivity and openness.

Together, these elements harmonise to create an identity that truly resonates with who I am—an energetic and passionate designer. This rebranding project has not only revitalised my professional image but has also allowed me to celebrate the qualities that many people appreciate about me.
